Project: Repaint two bedrooms with accent walls, one bathroom and the ceiling in a second bathroom.

What was painted: Ceilings, walls and woodwork in both bedrooms and one bath and just the ceiling and single wall in the larger bathroom. Doors were also removed and painted as well as the trim and door jams.

Project: Repaint bedroom

What was painted: Walls only with a little repairs to old patch work

Colors used: SW 5256 – Serious Grey

Project: Repaint Master Bedroom, Kitchen, Dining, Front and rear entry, utility room and secondary bathroom

What was painted: Walls except for bathroom and utility which were walls and ceiling and rear entry which was ceiling, walls, woodwork.

SW 7031 Mega Greige – one side of front entry and closet doors as well as bathroom

SW 7504 Keystone Gray – Accent for kitchen and bar area

SW 7030 Anew Gray – Master Bedroom and other side of front hall

SW 7029 Agreeable Gray – All other areas

Project: Repaint entire basement family room

What was painted: Ceilings and walls

Project: Repaint Front Stairs, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen, Bathroom ceiling, Bedroom, Back Stairwell and other unit 2nd Floor Stairs

What was painted: Trim received one coat oil based primer and three coats white semigloss paint. Ceilings received two coats white primer and walls received two coats of paint.

Notes: The walls and ceilings were heavily plaster textured which makes the paint look a bit odd. To mask this as much as possible Pro-Mar 200 Lo-Sheen Eg-Shel paint was used. To save money and to seal out some stains and leaks primer was used on the ceilings and double coated.

Project: Repaint Living Room, Dining Room, Hallway, Entry and three Bathrooms

What was painted: Ceilings and walls

Also: Repaired entire ceiling tape line that was damaged due to house settling. This was the area from the cabinet wall of the kitchen across the hall and into the front entry of the home. This was retaped, mudded, sanded and primed prior to painting. A hole was repaired in the hallway with a cutout repair of the drywall and one bathroom tape crack was repaired.

Notes: There were other issues with the walls the owner opted to not repair including what ended up being names written into a bathroom wall with an acrylic paint. It was removed as much as possible and some areas floated however other than cutting some out of the drywall and refloating there was no easy repair so it was left and covered as much as possible. A few other weak tape lines were found in corner and edges which were not deemed major issues by the owner.

SW 7071 Gray Screen (ceilings and main walls in LR as well as ceiling into DR and KIT and ceiling/walls in BA’s)
SW 6783 Amalfi (blue accent wall on staircase)
SW 7664 Steely Gray (accent for opposing vaulted wall between LR and DR and short accent wall in LR)
SW 7075 Web Gray (darkest accent on stairwell and around kitchen pantry)
