FALL INTERIOR SPECIALS!

INVESTOR/RENTAL/APARTMENT REPAINTS:
This is what is commonly known as a ‘rental repaint’ – a single coat of paint in the same color and sheen as existing. A minimum of five rooms of wall painting – $90 a room labor. Customer supplies materials (also available at deep discounts through Sherwin with many paints lower than $30 a gallon!). UNITS MUST BE EMPTY AT TIME OF PAINTING!
Don’t forget these incredible labor prices will be combined with up to 65% off the entire material cost of your project when using premium quality Sherwin-Williams paints!
We will bid your project using our standard cost methods then apply the discounts to the labor cost on your bid so you can see the savings. This will be combined with our full available material discount on your project adding up to $65% off in additional savings on all Sherwin-Williams paints and 15% on any other materials for your project.
CABINET PAINTING
$10 per door savings for all clients in Fenton, High Ridge and Arnold!
$10 per door savings on all cabinet painting projects over $2500 for all clients south of I-64/40.
$5 per door savings on all cabinet painting projects over $1500 for our entire service area!
We will bid your project using our standard cost methods then apply the discounts to the labor cost on your bid so you can see the savings. This will be combined with our full available material discount on your project adding up to 65% in additional savings on the material cost side of your project. Book now, we generally stop cabinet painting for the year in early December and do not begin again until March.
PAINT MATERIAL SPECIALS
When paints are purchased through our commercial accounts discounts up to 65% are available. Discounts vary based on brand and paint line/type used but the minimum is generally 35%. This is available to all customers for the entirety of their material purchases. You do NOT need to hire us to obtain paint discounts so if you are an investor, handle maintenance for companies or are a very small contractor wanting to save a bit on paints but do not have the volume buying power we can help you!
