Sugarfire (Olive) – May 2015

Quick repaint of the bathrooms for the awesome eatery Sugarfire Smoke House on Olive. We did this back in 2015 real quick over two mornings before the restaurant opened. By request no items were removed from the walls so we had to paint around everything you see there. I believe we used Behr Ultra on this job but don’t quote me on that.

Fenton – December 2017

Lot of different things were done here. For painting work we did two coats on the laundry, kitchen, dining room and bath.

The bathroom was wallpaper and the homeowner opted to seal and paint over it so we did a coat of sealer on the paper and then two coats of wall paint.

The dining room had wallpaper upper which had to be removed. The bad part is underneath that wallpaper was another layer of wallpaper that had been sealed (much like what we are doing with this bathroom) and then papered over. Real happy someone did it properly because we were able to remove the first layer of paper without any damage to the older sealed layer. After the walls dried we did a full top to bottom sanding of the wall and repaired any holes and dings except for mounts the homeowner wanted left.

Then of course we did the simple part of painting the laundry and kitchen. 🙂

After (excuse the horrible lighting in the dining room)

South City – November 2017

Walls only repaint of the living room as well as the upper and lower halls and stairwell. Note that some photos were taken while walls were still partially wet. You may also notice light and slightly darker pictures of the living room. You are not crazy… after painting the area the customer decided to retint and darken the color so we painted the area twice – from the original green to the creamy tan and then from that to the darker tan. The lighter color was SW0028 – Caen Stone and the final color was SW6164 Svelte Sage.

Byrnes Mill – October 2017

This was a walls/ceiling repaint. Included front entry, stairwell and vaulted two story hearth room.
For ceilings we used Brod-Dugan Suburban ceiling paint (a Sherwin product) and for the walls we used Sherwin’s SuperPaint in velvet sheen and the color SW7683 which is named ‘Buff’ to lighten up this otherwise fairly dark area.
