First half of the job at this Chesterfield property was to come in and get all the wallpaper removed and ready for painting before the floors were redone. We will return to this project and paint the dining room, foyer and front room soon.
Customer had us come in and repaint their kitchen (ceilings, walls, trim), living room (walls, trim) and a stairwell (walls only) and some touchup repairs to another ceiling from prior water stains. Colors were matched by Sherwin using old paints.
Removed wallpaper in this customers master bedroom, master bathroom and finished the customer started removal in a secondary bedroom. After all the paper and backing was removed the walls had to be repaired and patched and sealed. Afterwards ceilings were painted and then the walls.
Repainted a good portion of this home – Two story entry foyer, dining room, family room, living room, kitchen, game room, upper hall and a bedroom. Color is Sherwin’s Repose Grey.
You will see a lot of these over the coming months. This was one of twelve lobbies we are doing for this condo complex in Ballwin. This is the same one we have been doing epoxy coatings on the basement floors. For now we are coming in after wallpaper removal has been done then cleaning up the walls, resealing them and putting two coats of high end Emerald on it. This one was already in decent shape. The next will be a big transformation but will look like this in the end.
We come back here a few times a year to repaint a condo unit – this time we did two units at the same time. First unit was ceilings and walls and second unit was walls only. Same standard Repose Grey on walls and Promar 200 ceiling paint. There are a few ‘during’ pictures mixed in however most are ‘after’ pictures. Once I have a chance I will try to get these sorted between the two units and remove the during pics.

Because it’s outside work and apparently the monsoon season in the area we grabbed the chance to get the outside garage door painted and will be returning later this week for the inside painting. We don’t do a lot of exterior painting due to the weather and scheduling issues it poses but we will occasionally grab a small one or two day project when they are not priority. This was squeezed in on a down day.
