A return to Blu Spaces a high rise apartment/condo building to paint another smaller studio for the owner. These are rental units and comprise of a large main room, kitchen, a large walk in closet and oddly enough a bathroom inside the closet. We repainted the trim, ceilings and walls.

Walls: Promar 200 Zero VOC Low-Sheen Eg-Shel – Grecian Ivory (Sherwin color)
