Customer had us seal, prime and paint their wood baseboards, window frames and an ornate column and header board between rooms from the dark natural wood to an untinted white semi-gloss (we used SuperPaint for this job). The wood windows and doors were left their natural wood color.
Ceiling and wall repaint for main room and all three lower hallways.
This was a ceiling-only spray repaint due to popcorn. Painted kitchen, bedroom and two bathrooms. Since we were spraying and only doing the ceilings all walls and surfaces were covered from the ceiling down.
Part 1 of a 2 part basement paint. First half walls, ceilings and floors.
These are part of the pics from a quick repaint for sale home in Affton, MO. Colors were essentially kept the same except for taking the bathroom and kitchen from green back to a cream color. Drop ceiling was double sprayed from tan back to white. Returning in a week for a final room will post the other photos from this job then.
This project is currently in progress. As of this posting four bedrooms (ceilings+walls+trim), two baths (walls+trim), four closets (ceilings+walls+trim) painted. Still to complete are the upper landing area on the 2nd floor then LR, Kitchen, Dining and Hall (ceilings+walls+trim), front room, half bath, laundry and pantry (walls+trim) and a 9 foot tall in wall bookcase. There is also a water damaged area between the kitchen and living room that we will be returning in a few weeks to repair and repaint. We did not do doors or trim at homeowner request.
Always fun to do something out of the ordinary and cabinet painting is not something we do often… but we do it. The customer had some light stained and varnished wood cabinets that they wanted black. Same color was on the fireplace and handrail going to the basement. We deglossed all the surfaces, did a light sand on flat areas, used a specialized primer to give the new paint stick power and then repainted all the cabinets in a satin black. This was done all with brush and roller but without leaving any streaks or brush marks thanks to the paint which flattens out nicely. All the original wood grain remains visible and the hard enamel finish will protect the surfaces for some time to come.
This is a repaint of two condos in the Central West End in the Anconda Condos on Pershing. All walls and closets were repainted, several flat doors received a fresh coat of paint and some ceilings. We also took care of some drywall repairs and patching for the property owners and will be returning soon for some other units and common areas. These are all after photos. Please remember that some areas in these photos are not painted as the kitchen cabinets are still to be ripped out, some flooring replaced and their general contractor is taking care of some other repairs in areas.
