Took care of some small drywall repairs then repainted ceilings and walls (no trim).
Quick repaint of the waiting room area for Chesterfield Dentistry. Note the walls were still drying when the photos were taken.
Home had major tape issues where most of it was falling off the walls and ceilings. Removed all loose tape, retaped/mudded walls and ceilings then painted the hall, living room, stairwell and kitchen.
Repainted several areas due to water damage and took care of some minor wall patching.
Normal condo repaint – walls only (no trim, ceilings, etc)
Major wallpaper removal job. Old paper had been ripped from the walls and new glued right on top of damaged drywall and not sized. Removed all paper and backing then floated walls and painted two coats.
Removed and patched in numerous electrical outlet boxes and filled in holes. One wall in the conference room also sustained pretty significant damage after the removal of large cabinets which was also repaired. Then repainted the entire office area with multiple accent walls and colors.
This project entailed a whole house wallpaper removal. Homeowner did begin on the hallway and one bedroom was paper free. We removed two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living/dining great room and the kitchen. All stress cracks and tape cracks were repaired, all the walls sanded and sealed and painted with Accessible Beige from Sherwin. I did not take pictures of the small kitchen as it was still in various stages of drying and would not have looked good in image form 🙂
Repainted LR, Kitchen and DR with two accents – blue and orange. Kitchen pictures are not available at the moment – those I will retake when we go back to do the entry and loft areas which are next on the list.
Repainted this small Webster Groves home prepping for sale. We did ceilings in one room, painted walls in all but two rooms and painted all the trim, window boxes, doors and frames.
