‘Winter Travel Radius’
During the winter months the service area shrinks a bit mostly to avoid issues with travel and winter weather issues the area is known for. Generally during those months (December, January, February) we try to avoid projects that require more than 25 miles of travel so our first tier of discounts ($15 per room) is offered to all customers within the service area.
The offering is a discounted labor price of $185 a room for areas up to a 12 x 12 x 9. Two coats of wall paint applied of a high-quality paint applied to walls (no ceilings/trim) and either a single color in all areas or up to three different colors and using a flat, matte, satin or other similar mid-level sheen paints. Rooms must be completely empty and in a ready to paint state other than minor nail and mount holes. This will be matched with up to 65% off Sherwin-Williams paints.
This special is good for all customers who are south of I-64 through central, southwest and south counties as well as northern and central Jefferson County, eastern Franklin County (Pacific, Gray Summit, Villa Ridge, Catawissa, Robertsville, Cedar Hill, etc) and Columbia, Il.
‘Fenton/High Ridge/Arnold/Oakville/Tesson-21’
The good neighbor special! Our central location is Fenton, MO (141/44) so the best tier of discounts covers this area. All of South County, Everyone along the I-44 corridor. All of northern Jefferson County. Lemay, Shrewsbury, Webester, Kirkwood, Sunset Hills, Manchester, Ballwin, Ellisville, Arnold, Oakville, Imperial, Fenton, and nearby! Rooms are $175 each ($25 off per room) for areas up to a 12 x 12 x 9. ‘Walls/Ceilings’
For any projects… paint walls and ceilings at normal prices and receive baseboards free! Does not include door or window trim or any additional woodwork like chair rails or crown molding. One coat standard semi-gloss applied to baseboards no taller than six inches on a previously painted surface. This is a savings of $35 a room, you only supply a quart of paint which is available with full discounts.
